Perception Lab is a clinical group immersion in the Dynamic Processing Method — the signature method of Dynamic Trauma Integration, developed and facilitated by its founder Sunyata Kopriva.
We are living through a moment of change at a pace, scale, and impact that has no precedent in recorded history. The old ways of processing experience — holding, habituating, managing — are failing to meet the moment. What's needed is a fundamentally different relationship with experience itself: the capacity to be with more of life simultaneously, while still flowing. Not swept away by complexity. Moving through it with increasing fluency.
That is what the Dynamic Processing Method trains. And Perception Lab is where that training happens in real time, in the presence of others.
Working only from a first-person perspective, participants learn to notice and articulate their inner experience — breath, body, emotions, thoughts, urges, beliefs, qualities, and actions — as it is actually happening, moment to moment. This builds meta-awareness: awareness of awareness itself. The capacity to observe your own processing without being consumed by it.
But Perception Lab is more than individual practice. The presence of others matters. Learning to process openly, in a small held group, builds the We-level presence that individual work alone cannot reach — the nervous system learning, through direct experience, that it can stay connected to itself while also staying connected to others. That is a different kind of healing than anything that happens in solitude.
Come see how internal experience changes as healing and awakening deepen. This is why the Dynamic Processing Method exists.
Process experiences so they don’t get clogged

Ever wonder how internal experiences change as people heal and awaken? This is why I started Dynamic Processing Method. In the Perception Lab, participants explore the richness of the moment using the Me/We/Between/Beyond model from a first-person perspective.
Here is what that looks like in a practice: someone might pause mid-share and name exactly what they are holding onto in that moment - a thought, feeling, story about being too much or not enough. We don’t analyze it right away. We just notice it, name it lightly, and begin to play with other possibilities. I guide this noticing in a specific sequence - you can real the full sequence on the Dynamic Processing Method page. This takes the pressure off needing to respond to each other in habitual ways, and lets everyone more deeply articulate and navigate their own subjective experience as it’s actually happening. So connection and bonding begin to form naturally from this shared space.
It builds meta-awareness - awareness of your own awareness - and critical thinking. These two are key ingredients of healing and awakening.

Anybody 5-years and up interested in learning the Dynamic Processing Model can participate in Perception Lab. I do not currently offer language interpretation services for Perception Lab, so an understanding of verbal English is required. Participants need to be psychologically stable enough to engage safely with themselves and others. All participants will be screened prior to joining. Schedule a free consult to begin.
-
Perception Lab is done virtually using a secure HIPAA compliant platform.
-
Yes, each Perception Lab is recorded for review purposes only by Sunyata. Recordings will not be shared with others without prior consent of the participants.
-
Perception Lab is kept small in order to foster a safe container for everyone to go deep.
